today was damn bored. stayed at home for the whole day but i did went out for just awhile kays. i went to my uncles house to give something with my father and sitted there and chatted for awhile again then went home le. tomorrow got training and my back and legs aches damn much nors. sians. it must recover tomorrow or else i really dun know how to train tomorrow. lols! poor me. hehs.

i live the way i want now. no one can stop me, not even you.
